Finally, a fully certified White Water Award for Packrafters - written and delivered by Packrafters! The Award is Accredited by the Water Skills Academy, one of the leading paddlesports awarding bodies in the UK.
This Award is designed to give you the skills and judgement to begin to undertake appropriate White Water River Trips on water up to Grade 2 (3). Building on your existing sound knowledge of packrafting, your ability will be assessed through your good judgement, planning and paddling skills on a wide range of river environments.
This Award should be viewed as a solid base from which you will be able to independently develop your WW Packrafting skills and experience, ultimately providing a good foundation from which to begin to progress into remote environments and gain the skills associated with those who hold the White Water Expedition Packrafters Award.
The Course will be run over 2 days and throughout you will be led by our team of experienced and knowledgeable Packraft Coaches. We also keep groups small ensuring you'll get lots of personalised coaching and so you'll soon be running those rapids to the max.
What's more, you can have the confidence that you're getting the best possible instruction from Us at Tirio, the UK's only HSE (AALA) Licensed Packrafting Company. We are also a Water Skills Academy Centre of Excellence.
